If you have ever been in Mérida , maybe you have seen this sweet lady on the street. Tiny in size but enormous in knowledge of culinary wisdom, she uses her Mayan heritage combined with European elements to transform them into amazingly delicious dishes.

We continue that heritage and tradition for our customers as we cook for ourselves and our families.

The Cocina Yucateca is Mexican but not necessarily spicy in flavor. It incorporates smooth and strong flavors to create colorful and aromatic entrées that originate from the native Mayan lands to the emerald Caribean Sea. We will be glad to show you in Chicago a unique culinary excursion that will make you feel as though you were traveling to our hometown, to our península....

Tips:

1 In order to serve you better, we have made some changes to our menu. You can see them online.

2 We have a limited number of reservations available for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our restaurant has a maximum capacity of 80 patrons.

3 We sell beer and liquor, we are not BYOB.

4 Please do not park in Wings (Chinese) Restaurant, your car will be towed. Please use our rear parking lot.

5 There is some work in progress in 25th ST we will be open and you can use our rear parking lot.
